Brownie Brittle
This is such a delicious spin on making brownies and you can use your go-to brownie mix to make it.
Ingredients
- 1 18-ounce box brownie mix of choice (Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate is an excellent option)
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup oil (anything in liquid form so melted coconut oil, olive oil, or even melted butter)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Whisk together the water, oil, and egg.
- Add brownie mix. Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins if desired.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Use an offset spatula to spread batter into a thin layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- After removing from oven, score top randomly with a pizza cutter.
- Cool completely. Attempt to break apart into pieces. If it is still soft in places, bake for another 10-15 minutes at 325℉.
